Adult BJJ Gi Classes
-
In a typical gi BJJ class, we start with a warm-up that includes movement drills and basic techniques to prepare your body for training. Our instructor will then demonstrate 2-3 techniques, focusing on positions, submissions, escapes, or transitions, which you'll practice with a partner through controlled drilling. Class concludes with live rolling (sparring), where you'll apply what you've learned in real-time against resisting opponents of various skill levels.
-
Try to arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of class to meet the instructor, get fitted in a loaner gi, and review our gym rules. You’ll meet other students and feel comfortable for when the class starts.

Kids BJJ Program
-
In a kids BJJ class, children will start with a fun warm-up that includes games and movement exercises to build coordination and get their energy out. Our instructors will teach 1-2 age-appropriate techniques in a clear, engaging way, and kids will practice with partners in a safe, supervised environment. Class includes a mix of technical drilling, positional sparring, and interactive games that reinforce BJJ concepts while keeping things fun and exciting
-
Try to arrive 15-20 minutes early to meet the coaches and get an overview of our gym. We want your kids to feel comfortable jumping into class, and it's always easier if they've had time to see the space and meet other students. For their first few classes, they're fine to participate in athletic clothes, but we do recommend purchasing a gi when signing up.
