Professor Alexandre Meadows
Professor Meadows is a 3rd degree black belt under Marcelo Garcia. He has been training BJJ for over 20 years and is a registered competitor with the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF). He is known for his X guard game and swift submissions.
Tyler Rudd
Coach Rudd is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Joe Dambrie
Coach Dambrie is a purple belt with 4 years of BJJ experience. He is an active competitor in IBJJF and recently won Masters Worlds as a blue belt. Joe is a FedEx pilot and has an adorable pup Ripley, who often makes an appearance at noon class if you are lucky!
Chris Danosky
Coach Danosky is a purple belt who has been training BJJ for 6 years.
Doug Larson
Coach Larson, our no-gi instructor, is a black belt under Professor Meadows with 10 years BJJ experience. He has a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Kinesiology and runs a highly successful podcast, Barbell Shrugged. Loves all things outdoors and when not training will be on a new adventure with his beautiful wife and three boys.
Angela Blackburn
Coach Blackburn is a purple belt with 4 years of BJJ experience. She is an active competitor and travels the world competing in IBJJF tournaments. Most recently winning Masters International and taking second at Masters Worlds at blue belt. She holds a green belt in Krav Maga and is passionate about women finding confidence through training. Her favorite part of the sport is sharing the mats with her 11 year old daughter.
Kids Instructors
Talor French
Coach Talor is a purple belt with 6 years of BJJ experience and has been coaching kids for the last 4 years. He is a passionate teacher and photographer with an eye for detail. His favorite submissions are the paper cutter choke and sneaky wrist locks. He balances our kids program with technical instruction and fun, engaging games, with a hint of dark arts.
Anthony Giancola
Coach Anthony is a blue belt with 2 years of BJJ experience. He was an accomplished wrestler in high school and incorporates many of those techniques into his teaching. He enjoys competing locally and has a killer choi bar sequence. The kids love his sense of humor and grappling with him before and after class.
